Phase II Renovations Scope of Work included adding a new lobby/reception in the Museum block. New entrance glazing systems were installed along with a new elevator to allow handicap access to the main Museum level.

Existing washrooms were renovated/alterations were made to existing services and additional washroom areas were added in authentic detail right down to new terrazzo flooring throughout all washroom areas.

Concrete stairways were removed and the sites were restored as if the stairways did not exist. At the rear of the building, concrete stairways were removed and period-correct wooden stairways replaced the concrete structures. HVAC systems were updated with modern high-efficiency boiler and controls.
